Did you know, everyday we make our own pasta, sauces, bread and desserts and are 100% coeliac friendly?  Head Chef Lucio Paduano hails from the south of Italy and his passion for food is reflected in our menu’s.

In Manifesto, we pride ourselves on our commitment to food, we are passionate about bringing  the very best from the Campania region, in southern Italy to Dublin.  We use only  premium ingredients and our pizza chefs have both been awarded with a gold medal at the pizza world championships.
